- Receive Your Custom Aligners — Once your custom aligners are ready, we'll provide detailed instructions for wearing and caring for them.

For fastest results, wear your aligners 20–22 hours daily, removing them only for eating, drinking (except water), and cleaning your teeth. You'll typically change to a new set of aligners every one to two weeks as prescribed by your treatment plan.
